• IICRC Certified: Specialized knowledge in Water Restoration (WTR), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT).
• Claims Navigation: Deep insight into loss negotiation, carrier requirements, and policy language interpretation.
• Precision Estimating: Full proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility to provide transparent and accurate project scopes.
